What I'm looking for

I'm looking to partner with leadership in a startup, IT, fintech, or global organization to build compliant people practices, strengthen employee experience, and support workforce growth and organizational change.

I've led people operations at MentorcliQ, Sperasoft, 10Web.io, and Idram Payment System, partnering with leadership to build HR strategies, policies, and employee experiences across local and global teams.

At MentorcliQ, I advised functional leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, performance, engagement, employee relations, and employment risk while aligning Armenian labour-law compliance with global policies. At Sperasoft, I managed a 50-person employee population and delivered training that reached 200+ employees.

I've handled termination and redundancy conversations, workplace investigations, HRIS data integrity in BambooHR, talent acquisition, and performance programs. At 10Web.io, I implemented three performance management programs that contributed to a 30% improvement in employee satisfaction.
