What I'm looking for

I’m looking to embed with leadership in global SaaS teams, owning performance cycles, hiring and org design, and building scalable HR systems with strong compliance, analytics visibility, and engagement improvements across distributed locations.

I’m a Senior HR Business Partner and Global HR Manager with extensive experience in international tech and SaaS companies. I partner closely with managers and senior leaders to translate business needs into people plans, acting as an embedded HRBP across distributed, multicultural teams.

In my most recent role, I run the full performance management cycle end-to-end (goal-setting, mid-year check-ins, year-end reviews, and calibration) and coach managers through people-critical moments. I also partner on headcount planning and hiring decisions as the organization scales, surfacing people risks early and proposing practical solutions before they become blockers.

I’m hands-on about building the HR systems that make execution smoother: I built and integrated HR and ATS systems from scratch, automating workflows and reducing average time-to-hire by around 30%. I oversee the employee lifecycle across geographies, design scalable HR policies with multi-country legal compliance, and use data-driven people analytics dashboards to give leadership visibility into attrition trends, capacity risks, and team health—while incorporating AI-enabled HR tools to improve reporting and screening.
