Senior Customer Success Manager with B2B SaaS experience managing strategic enterprise accounts across AMER and EMEA. I drive retention, renewals, expansion, executive relationships, account health, and revenue protection across complex global platforms, including HR tech, EOR, payroll, compliance, workforce operations, and business-critical systems.

My background combines customer success, account management, business development, and commercial relationship ownership.
