Technically fluent in Tableau and SQL, I translate complex retailer and CPG data into actionable insights for enterprise category managers and internal stakeholders. I also streamline support and self-serve onboarding by developing scalable internal tools and maintaining clean account history and support activity in Salesforce and Freshdesk.
