Previously at Flyhomes Mortgage, I built operational infrastructure for Buy Before You Sell, Cash Offer, and Instant Equity products. I reengineered investor-resolution workflows from 60 days to three days, eliminated approximately $72K in monthly penalties, and generated more than $100K in annual savings.
