I'm looking to lead business and technology transformation where I can strengthen PMO governance, optimize operations, scale AI and automation, and deliver measurable outcomes in complex financial-services environments.

At KeyBank, I lead operational transformation across Real Estate Capital, establishing PMO governance, prioritizing automation, and advancing Microsoft Copilot adoption for capital modeling and market research.

I built an Agile project-management process that led to 50 successful projects and improved project efficiency, cost management, and delivery-time metrics by 65%. I also led planning, testing, training, and production support for Fannie Mae's API submission.
