I’m looking to lead cross-functional operations and product strategy—turning business needs into AI-enabled workflows, dashboards, and process improvements that strengthen governance, resilience, and measurable performance.

I’m an Operations & Product Strategy leader with 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs and translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. I focus on improving operational performance through analytics, automation, and process design.

At eXp Realty, I designed and built an AI-powered CRM capability that analyzed a user’s Sphere of Influence to surface high-value contacts—validated through strong UAT stakeholder enthusiasm. I also translated stakeholder requirements into an AI-driven workflow application that improved process visibility, version control, and knowledge management.

I’ve developed practical, operationally resilient systems by partnering with business and technical leaders to operationalize Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). I also built a generative AI solution that automated release note analysis and training content creation, reducing turnaround from 40 hours to 4 hours while standardizing documentation and execution workflows.

Before that, I led a Learning & Development team across the US and Canada and delivered executive dashboards for utilization, cost-per-learner, and capacity to support QBRs and KPI-based decisions. Earlier, I led transaction operations supporting $40M+ in annual activity, served as onboarding/UAT SME for workflow changes, and implemented process controls that reduced error rates by 50% and improved SLA compliance.
