I’m an operations leader with experience across business operations, sales, finance, people operations, client experience, project management, and process improvement. I’m at my best when I can look at how a business is operating as a whole, identify what isn’t working as well as it could, and build practical systems and processes that make things better.
Most recently, I served as Director of Operations for a professional services firm, partnering directly with the owner and overseeing nearly every aspect of the business. My responsibilities included financial management and forecasting, AR/AP and payroll, HR and people operations, sales and inbound lead management, client experience, KPI and executive reporting, workflow design, and day-to-day operations. I rebuilt our project management system into a centralized CRM and operating platform, developed dashboards and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making, and introduced automation and AI into our workflows. During my tenure, the company experienced significant revenue and profitability growth while operating expenses remained relatively flat.
Before that, I spent more than a decade in mortgage lending, where my responsibilities grew across sales, client management, transaction management, and operations. As a licensed mortgage professional, I also worked directly with borrowers on rates, loan products, and financing options, with loans typically averaging $450K–$500K. Having worked on both the sales and operations sides of a business has shaped how I think about building systems: a process can make perfect sense on paper and still create unnecessary friction for the people who actually have to use it.
I’m currently completing my MBA through Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and am interested in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Operational Excellence, and broader operations leadership roles.
I enjoy environments where there is something to build, improve, organize, or figure out. I’m especially interested in using AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work, improve decision-making, and give people more time to focus on work that requires human judgment.
The philosophy I try to bring to my work is simple: leave everything better than I found it. I’m looking for an opportunity where I can make a meaningful impact, continue growing, help the people around me succeed, and build things that last.
