I’m seeking a high-accountability leadership role where I can drive HR transformation, corporate governance, and complex program delivery across regulated, international environments—partnering closely with CEOs and Boards.

I’m a senior executive and leader with 18+ years’ experience across online gaming, land-based casinos, national lottery operations, FMCG, and global sports partnerships. I’ve advised CEOs, Boards, and UHNW principals while steering large, complex organisations through tender wins, rebranding initiatives, regulatory transformation, and multi-country operational delivery—bringing precision execution, strategic clarity, and operational discipline to high-accountability environments.

Recently, as HR Director for IZI Group across Malta & EU online gaming and lottery entities (600+ employees), I led HR strategy and governance across workforce planning, organisational design, remuneration, succession, and full employee-lifecycle transformation aligned with regulatory frameworks. I also delivered board governance and company secretariat leadership across regulated gaming and lottery entities, bridging Board, Executive Team, shareholders, auditors, regulators, and external counsel. Earlier in my career, I ran global Olympics and major hospitality activations as a Program Manager, including delivering PyeongChang 2018 for 400+ executives and dignitaries. Alongside this, I founded WWLD Heart, a boutique wellness and experiential travel venture rooted in intentional living and curated retreats.
