Currently, I serve as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Bitpanda GMBH, where I lead global executive recruitment for Tech, Product, and Business Functions. I manage an in-house talent acquisition team and partner closely with C-suite and VP stakeholders. My role involves full P&L accountability, mentoring my team, and championing diversity hiring initiatives. Previously, I have held significant positions at Royal Sun Alliance and Accenture, where I specialized in executive recruitment strategies and inclusive hiring campaigns aligned with long-term business needs.
