I am an HR professional with 5+ years' experience driving end-to-end HR operations, HRIS implementations, and process digitalization across international and remote environments.

In my current role I manage the full employee lifecycle for 50+ employees across two SaaS entities, lead HRIS implementation and optimization, and oversee international payroll and compliance with external providers and EOR partners.

Previously, as HR Manager on a VIE contract I served as local HR lead for ~35 employees, supported a Workday rollout, managed payroll collaboration with external vendors, and implemented performance and learning programs.

I am proactive, change-oriented, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration, process redesign, training and change management to improve employee experience and operational accuracy.
