What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a long-term, full-time remote customer support role where consistency, strong work ethic, high-volume multi-channel support, and clear communication are valued. I'm available for flexible shifts, including nights.

I've handled high-volume customer support for E-Courier.com.bd, resolving online order, delivery tracking, complaint, and payment issues across phone, email, live chat, SMS, and tickets.

In a single shift, I managed 100–150+ calls, 50+ emails, 200–300+ live chats, 50+ SMS interactions, and 20+ tickets while coordinating with operations and delivery teams to see issues through.
