What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level remote customer support role where I can handle chat and email inquiries, work flexible day or night shifts, strengthen my CRM skills, and help customers receive prompt, empathetic support.

I'm pursuing remote customer support work where I can resolve client inquiries quickly and accurately through chat and email.

I bring strong written communication, active listening, customer empathy, problem-solving, and a fast typing speed of 40 WPM. I'm familiar with helpdesk basics in Zendesk and Freshdesk, along with Google Workspace and Slack.

I'm comfortable supporting customers across EST, PST, GMT, and other international time zones, including day, night, weekend, and rotating schedules.

I'm continuously improving my CRM, customer engagement, and remote collaboration skills while delivering attentive, detail-oriented support.
