I am a dedicated and polite customer support specialist with a focus on chat-based and email-based support, strong written communication, and clear problem-solving. I completed multiple self-practice projects handling 20+ customer complaint scenarios to refine professional, solution-oriented responses.

I have developed a quick, short, and clear chat response style and learned issue-resolution flows while practicing polite, calm customer handling. I work comfortably with Gmail/Outlook, Google Docs/Sheets, basic CRM tools like Zendesk and Freshdesk, and remote collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack.
