What I'm looking for

I want to keep developing and scaling companies under uncertainty, building structure where none exists yet and taking on challenges that move the team and business to the next level.

At MilTech, I launched and scaled administrative and capital construction departments, establishing their structures, teams, and operating processes. I managed operations across 42 locations and delivered facilities from planning through commissioning.

At Zachyn, I built the Animal Adoption Center’s operating model and prepared it for scaling, including planning a new location and coordinating relocation preparations. Across my work, I’ve launched eight departments and delivered more than 30,000 m² of facilities.
