What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable operations for a fast-growing global company, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams on travel, mobility, employee experience, and complex event delivery.

I've delivered high-stakes travel, mobility, and event operations for a fintech and HFT company, including a 250-person Oman charter project managed from contract negotiation through on-site execution.

I led 70+ international trips and complex visa processes across 20 countries, building templates and scalable workflows from scratch with Leadership, HR, Finance, and Legal. For a Kyoto meetup involving 60 participants across 13 countries, I managed venue sourcing, contracting, budgeting, and visa coordination with a 100% approval rate.

My experience also includes client experience and onboarding at LaFlame Operations, event delivery and stakeholder coordination at CoinsPaid Media, and international programs and partnerships at EDUTRAVEL.
