I'm currently shaping strategy, OKRs, KPIs, revenue efficiency, and AI-enabled operations as Operations Director and Managing Director at MYNETWORK, an e-learning and recruitment company. I hold full P&L responsibility while developing sales, marketing, budgeting, cashflow, and people-development practices.

At RAISEAD, I coordinated operations across several European markets for an e-commerce holding in food supplements and medical products. I standardized processes, led digital and system transformation, managed dispersed teams, and improved revenue, margin, logistics, supply chain, marketing spend, and operating costs.

Previously, I led sales and marketing at GET IT, building B2B client relationships across life sciences, energy, and banking, including Fortune 500 tender activity. At TARSAGO Media Group, I managed telemarketing sales across five Central and Eastern European markets, annual budgets up to PLN 15 million, sales planning for more than 500 SKUs, product lines, and customer acquisition and retention strategies.
