Monika Rejman

At Galeria Labirynt, I coordinate contemporary art exhibitions, international residencies, and public programs. My work includes production timelines, technical crews, international shipping, and guest travel.

I also monitor project budgets, process contractor agreements, coordinate vendor procurement, and prepare financial reports. For public programming, I curate and execute events, film screenings, and author talks.

As Galeria Labirynt’s English-speaking liaison, I represent the organization in international partnership networks and European assemblies. I connect executive leadership and curatorial teams with external technical contractors.

At Teatr Studio, I coordinated gallery operations and exhibition production, including setups, technical installation crews, and space preparation. I also supervised the gallery unit’s operational budget and handled agreements, procurement, scheduling, and cross-departmental coordination.
