I’m looking for a remote-first People Operations role where I can own onboarding/offboarding, strengthen compliance, and use people analytics and workflow automation to improve the employee experience across globally distributed teams.

I’m a People Operations professional with 2+ years of consistent remote experience managing the full team member lifecycle for a globally distributed nonprofit. I serve as the first point of contact for people operations inquiries and run end-to-end onboarding and offboarding across time zones.

I onboarded and offboarded 100+ international contractors across 15+ countries, using workflow automation to reduce processing times by 30%. I engineered onboarding trackers and people operations dashboards that cut response times and reduced data entry errors by 25%—strengthening the lifecycle experience across the ATS and HRIS.

I conduct regular audits of team member data for 70+ active partners, identifying documentation gaps and implementing process improvements that strengthen compliance and data integrity.
