I am a Human Resources professional with progressive experience supporting HR operations, workforce administration, employee relations, onboarding, payroll administration, compliance, HRIS management, recruiting, and reporting across healthcare, federal government, retail, hospitality, higher education, and startup environments.

In my recent role as a HumanResources OnboardingManager, I built the HR function for a startup, developing onboarding programs, HR workflows, documentation standards, policies, procedures, and operational infrastructure, while managing full-cycle onboarding and offboarding for employees across multiple client organizations.

I’m especially strong in turning HR data into action: I’ve generated workforce reports and analyzed employee data supporting leadership decisions for employee populations exceeding 4,000, and I’ve led compliance and documentation efforts including HR and I-9 audits and audit-readiness initiatives.
