I’m looking for a people-centered HR role where I can advise managers, drive talent operations across the employee lifecycle, and improve compliance-ready processes using Workday and Excel reporting—working with a collaborative team that values data integrity and consistent delivery.

I’m a Talent Business Advisor and Human Resources Business Partner with 6+ years of progressive HR experience supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, performance management, workforce logistics, and employee engagement. I’m a trusted partner to business leaders, HRBPs, Talent Solutions teams, and employees—focused on timely, policy-aligned, and manager-ready people delivery.

In my roles, I coach managers on performance conversations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and consistent workplace policy application, while also preparing and analyzing Workday and Excel reporting to identify trends and improve data integrity. I support HR reporting, compliance, and process consistency across high-volume and high-risk matters, and I’ve worked with HR systems and learning platforms including Workday, Greenhouse, ICIMS, Dayforce, HireRight, Cornerstone LMS, and Docebo LMS.
