I am an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and management. My journey began at State Farm Insurance, where I honed my skills in communication and problem-solving while assisting customers with their car insurance needs and accident claims. This role taught me the importance of empathy and attention to detail in providing excellent service.

After my time at State Farm, I transitioned to Cafe Rio Mexican Grill as an Assistant Manager. Here, I successfully managed shifts for over 10 employees, handled inventory, and ensured smooth operations at the register. My leadership skills were put to the test as I created schedules for 20 employees and ensured that everyone received their breaks on time. This experience solidified my ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team environment.

Currently, I serve as a Chronic Care Manager at Desert Palms Medical, where I take vital signs and ensure patients are seen by doctors in a timely manner. I make approximately 20 phone calls a day to evaluate patient needs, further enhancing my organizational and communication skills. I am committed to continuous learning and currently enrolled at American Realty Academy to expand my professional horizons.
