When customers have complaints or difficult questions, I work to resolve the situation professionally and accurately. I support customers across multiple states and handle business-to-business calls.

Before joining Progressive, I was General Manager at Taco Bell and Assistant Manager at Taco Bell JEM. At Taco Bell, I developed sales and marketing strategies that increased sales by 4,000 a week, and in both roles I trained team members and handled restaurant operations.
