I’m a customer-focused professional with experience in banking support, call center operations, logistics, and healthcare supply distribution. In my current role as a Commercial Support Representative at Fifth Third Bank, I provide banking customer support for ACH/wire assistance, account support, and password reset assistance, handling sensitive information with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. I’m known for clear communication, active listening, and efficient problem resolution that keeps client relationships strong.

Before banking, I built a reliable operations foundation through healthcare supply distribution at The Christ Hospital Health Network, where I managed medical supply inventory, coordinated stocking levels, and maintained inventory accuracy while collaborating with departments to resolve supply concerns. I also developed high-volume customer service experience as a USPS PSE Mail Processing Clerk and as a Call Center Representative at LasikPlus, supporting scheduling, lead generation, and customer record accuracy. While I keep strengthening my career in banking and finance, I’m currently expanding my expertise through real estate education.
