I’m seeking a Head of Growth or senior BD leadership role at a startup ready to scale its go-to-market motion—owning top-of-funnel strategy and running an accountable, founder-aligned growth function.

I’m a growth-focused Business Development leader with 13+ years in SaaS sales, and I specialize in building and running the go-to-market function where no playbook exists yet. I’ve led teams reporting directly to founders and owned sales, marketing, and event strategy as a single accountable function, turning early-stage motion into repeatable pipeline.

In my current role at DeLorean AI, I drive top-of-funnel business development for a pre-growth Medical AI company serving Fortune 500 health systems, contributing to an average deal size of $800K and over $5M in annual revenue. I build ABM/AE-focused prospect lists and execute omni-channel outbound across health system and cardiology accounts, supporting deal close work on AI-driven risk stratification and early signal detection. Previously, as a fractional Go-to-Market leader at Darwinian Ventures, I operated as a Head of Growth across multiple SaaS clients—leading top-of-funnel strategy, KPI development, reporting, and SDR onboarding/coaching (up to 1–4 SDRs per client)—and coordinating with marketing and account executive teams on inbound, event, and ABM outreach.
