I’m a learning and development professional who pairs instructional design and onboarding experience with hands-on AI workflow automation. With eight-plus years spanning classroom and corporate training, enterprise software implementation, and operations leadership, I’ve most recently built 15+ AI-driven automations that save my firm an estimated 10 to 20 hours of manual work each week. I turn complex systems into training, processes, and tools that people actually use, especially in regulated environments.

In my current operations role, I create onboarding frameworks and enablement that accelerate time-to-productivity, while leading and standardizing delivery with clear quality benchmarks and regulatory compliance. I also configure and support enterprise SaaS/ERP workflows, partner cross-functionally to ensure clean implementation, and deliver practical end-user training—always focused on measurable results and adoption.
