At Microsoft, I lead the business-side operating lifecycle for an enterprise AI knowledge and workflow assistant supporting global healthcare service and support users. I connect business priorities with technical delivery, governance, adoption, and value measurement.
I built a partnership model across six lines of business and created monthly performance workbenches so leaders can track adoption, engagement, answer completion, and product health. I also developed a practical way to estimate productivity savings by comparing common knowledge tasks with and without the assistant.
Before Microsoft, I led business-system and platform improvements at Nuance Communications, including the modernization and international expansion of Nuance University. I also directed its retirement across two healthcare businesses, coordinating migration planning and cross-functional execution for 30,000+ learners and 1,300+ assets.
