I’m looking to lead multi-state HR operations and compliance—owning employee relations, investigations, and leave administration—while partnering with leadership to reduce risk and build trusted, employee-focused HR programs.

I’m a Senior HR Operations & Compliance professional with 15+ years of progressive HR experience leading HR operations across healthcare, construction, and service organizations in remote and onsite environments. I’m known for building trusted partnerships with leadership while reducing organizational risk.

My expertise spans multi-state HR compliance, employee relations, confidential workplace investigations, and leave administration for FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, and STD/LTD. I’ve served as a sole administrator for these processes and helped resolve complex employee relations matters.

In my roles, I’ve managed full-cycle HR operations—recruiting and talent acquisition, onboarding, HRIS administration, payroll and benefits, policy development, and performance management. I also provide leadership coaching and support corrective action and employee development.

Most recently, I’ve led HR and safety operations for a 100-employee field-based workforce, and I directed HR operations for a multi-state organization with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, Paycom HRIS, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. I’m PHR-certified in progress and bring a strong employment law compliance mindset to every engagement.
