I am a motivated and tech-savvy professional transitioning into Information Technology, bringing over 10 years of experience in managing people and solving problems. My background in education has equipped me with strong communication and leadership skills, which I am eager to apply in the IT sector. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University and preparing to earn my CompTIA A+ certification.
