What I'm looking for

I'm eager to contribute to an IT team while continuing to develop my technical skills and gain hands-on experience.

I'm transitioning into IT after completing the Google IT Support Certification and am continuing my Google Cybersecurity Certification. My technical skills include software installation and configuration, Windows and Linux troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 support.

At Kohl’s, I supported store operations, including register operations, cash handling, and inventory management. I also handled customer concerns and coordinated priorities during high-volume periods.

At KinderCare Learning Centers, I uploaded daily child documentation to the company app and trained new staff on classroom procedures and regulations.

In my current In-Home Caregiver role, I introduce children to activities, routines, and technology with step-by-step guidance. I also created an in-home classroom to foster early education.
