I'm looking to join a company where I can build technical knowledge, provide detailed customer support, and form great working relationships.

I'm currently supporting school technology at Inspiroz, managing projects, mobile devices, ticketing systems, and computer repair.

Previously, I provided IT service desk support at Delta Community Credit Union and technology support at UPS, working with Windows Server, Office 365 administration, remote users, routers, laptops, and desktop systems.

I enjoy making people feel welcome while resolving PC, smartphone, and tablet issues. I'm focused on growing my technical knowledge and building strong working relationships.
