What I'm looking for

I want an IT support role where I can build hands-on technical experience while studying cybersecurity. I’m driven to protect digital systems and communities, and I bring calm, responsible, problem-solving support to every user.

I’m an empathetic, adaptable professional with 4+ years of customer service and support experience in fast-paced environments. I’m now transitioning into IT support, motivated by a long-term goal of becoming a cybersecurity specialist.

I’m known for being calm under pressure, quickly learning new systems, and staying responsible when people rely on me—whether I’m helping guests, supporting students, or troubleshooting day-to-day needs. I bring strong communication, multitasking, and real-time problem-solving to every situation.

On the technical side, I’m building readiness through practical training and self-taught projects. I’m working through the CompTIA A+ material, completing security-focused coursework, and setting up a home lab with Windows and Linux.

I’m actively preparing to protect others online by practicing password management and data backups and simulating phishing emails to improve phishing detection. I’m looking for an IT support role where I can gain hands-on technical experience while I continue studying cybersecurity.
