I am a versatile hospitality professional with over a decade of hands-on experience in customer service, guest relations, food & beverage, and team management. I consistently focus on enhancing guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.

My background spans front-line roles and leadership positions at major hotels where I led call centre and F&B teams, conducted training, managed shifts, and improved service delivery. I have practical experience with systems like MICROS, FCS, RESPAK and Fidelio, and I use these tools to streamline operations and reporting.

As a freelancer I perform AI data annotation and localization work, and as a travel host and freedive photographer I organized tourism events and produced visual content featured in industry publications and contests, including a GoPro Awards win in 2018.
