I am seeking a customer-facing role that blends hospitality and marketing—social media, events, or guest services—in a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I am a people-focused hospitality and marketing professional with over three years’ experience across restaurants, events, and fashion retail. I enjoy creating welcoming experiences, resolving guest issues with empathy, and supporting teams under pressure.

My background includes social media management, content creation, and hands-on event and front-of-house roles where I increased engagement and maintained strong guest satisfaction. I am fluent in English and French, with beginner skills in Spanish and Chinese.
