What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or customer relations role where I can assist clients with bookings, payments, and inquiries while using my communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

I've supported customers at Alorica and Ibex through high-volume phone interactions, helping them book reservations and car rentals, understand reservation details, and resolve concerns.

At Ibex, I made outgoing calls to assist consumers with rental bookings and payments while addressing their questions.

I bring active listening, professional phone etiquette, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, supported by training in office administration, information technology, and bookkeeping accounts.
