Most recently, I served as Manager of Operations at a real estate investment company, where I led platform implementations, created internal training programs, and streamlined workflows across leasing, acquisitions, and customer success.

My background blends tech fluency with strong communication skills—I’ve partnered closely with DevOps, People Ops, and executive teams to translate business needs into systems and process improvements. I’m highly skilled in Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and a wide range of project management and automation tools.
