I’m a People Development and Well-being Expert with over 15 years of cross-sector experience across HR, IT, and coaching. My passion is to help individuals and teams perform sustainably — where empathy meets structure, and growth goes hand in hand with well-being.
With an ICF coaching certification and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development, I’ve supported professionals and organizations in navigating change, building emotional resilience, and creating learning environments that empower people to thrive.
