What I'm looking for
I’m a Consultant Learning & Development with a track record of turning L&D strategy into measurable impact across HQ and restaurant operations. I focus on onboarding, leadership development, and training completion—so learning translates into performance.
Before that, I led teams as a Business Manager, taking full accountability for guest experience, people leadership, and business performance. I drove operational excellence and delivered financial results while building high-performing teams in a values-driven environment.
Earlier, I served as an Efteling B.V. Floor manager, accountable for operational performance, team leadership, and talent development across multiple operational units. Managing and developing a large frontline workforce sharpened my ability to coach people and execute consistently under real operational demands.
