What I'm looking for

I seek a multicultural, fast-paced HR role focused on talent acquisition, employee experience, data-driven workforce planning, and growth opportunities.

I am an HR professional with over 10 years' experience in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and workforce planning across multinational environments. I recently relocated to the Netherlands and focus on delivering strong candidate experiences and employer branding.

At Obrela Security Industries S.A. I partner with managers across EMEA to design succession pipelines, close skills gaps, and lead recruitment and onboarding for North European hires. I leverage HR analytics (KPIs, FTEs, turnover) to improve workforce planning and recruitment efficiency.

Previously I coordinated recruitment campaigns for technical and corporate roles, partnered with marketing on employer branding, and administered benefits and engagement programs. I have hands-on experience with payroll, compliance, training delivery, and workforce forecasting across peak seasons.
