Previously at Deloitte and M&T Bank, I built secure ServiceNow integrations, identity-risk workflows, IRM and GRC capabilities, CSM and FSM experiences, CMDB models, Discovery, SecOps automation, and banking-focused ITSM and ITAM solutions. I use REST and SOAP APIs, Kafka, OAuth 2.0, MID Server, JavaScript, Glide APIs, SQL, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices to turn complex business requirements into scalable platforms.
I began building high-performance Java enterprise applications at CVS, working with Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, Python, SQL and NoSQL databases, Docker, and automated testing. I also mentor developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and build upgrade-safe solutions that improve service quality and employee experience.
