At Atos, I lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture for global digital transformation programs, building scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, FSM, SPM, IRM, SecOps, App Engine, and Employee Center.

I design AI-enabled service experiences with Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and intelligent workflow automation. I also lead CMDB transformation using CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE, and Service Graph Connector to improve data quality and service visibility.

Previously at Milestone and GAP, I delivered ServiceNow applications, integrations, Service Portal experiences, workflow automation, and platform modernization initiatives. My work spans REST and SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, cloud platforms, identity systems, and enterprise applications including Workday, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Azure, and AWS.

I bring more than 14 years of experience across financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, logistics, technology, and consulting, with a focus on platform governance, secure delivery, operational excellence, and ITIL best practices.
