What I'm looking for
I’m an FAA Certified Flight Attendant and current Crew Scheduler with “hands on” lineflying aviation experience, built on a strong foundation in FAR compliance. I bring a calm, operational mindset to high-stakes environments where accuracy and responsiveness matter.
In my current role as a Crewscheduler–NationalAirlines, I create and maintain pilot and flight attendant schedules in accordance with Part117/121 regulations. I manage crew availability and scheduling conflicts, maintaining accurate records of availability and certifications while communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
As a Flight Attendant–FrontierAirlines, I completed initial FAA training and performed pre-flight safety checks of cabin emergency equipment and passenger safety briefings. I also resolved passenger conflicts in-flight, including disorderly traveler situations and medical emergencies, while coordinating with the flightdeck, ground control, and other cabin crew for efficient operations.
Before aviation, I strengthened my customer-focused problem-solving through roles including Mobility Sales & Services at AT&T and Data Entry Analyst (Accounts Receivable, Inc.). I earned a BA in Business from the University of Arkansas, and I continue to apply structured communication, time management, and data-driven organization to every operational challenge.
