What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting aviation operations through crew scheduling, planning, travel coordination, compliance, and rapid resolution of operational disruptions.

At Kalitta Charters II, I coordinate crew scheduling and operational support for a high-volume Part 121 cargo operation with 85 crew members and instructors, 13 aircraft, and 25–30 daily flights. I manage assignments, duty periods, legal rest, crew travel, and schedule records across domestic and international operations.

I've also supported flight-center scheduling, airline customer operations, ramp operations, and inflight service at Safety in Motion Flight Center, Delta Air Lines, GoJet Airlines, and Republic Airways. I resolve time-sensitive disruptions involving weather, maintenance, ATC delays, sick calls, cancellations, and crew legality while keeping teams informed and flights moving.
