In my current role as Crew Tracking Supervisor at American Airlines, I employ Agile principles and advanced data analytics to optimize crew utilization, reduce costs, and streamline assignments while collaborating closely with Flight Dispatch and Crew Scheduling. I mentor and develop teams, design training programs, and implement strategies to boost crew morale and engagement.

I hold a BA in Business Administration from the University of Toledo and bring strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills, attention to detail, and deep familiarity with APA/APFA contracts and FARs. I am results-oriented and experienced in applying Agile techniques, tactical RMW writing, and SQL to operational challenges.
