I’m looking for a B2B SaaS role where I can own consultative outbound and pipeline growth while partnering on customer success to strengthen retention, use data to improve lead quality, and build scalable internal processes.

I’m a management professional with a cross-functional background across B2B SaaS sales, customer success, and HR. I’ve built pipelines, retained accounts, and designed internal processes teams genuinely use—always with a consultative mindset and a focus on the numbers that matter.

As a Business Development Manager at Freshworks, I consistently exceeded monthly targets, reaching 100% of Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) goals and 170% of weighted pipeline targets for a 121% weighted attainment in my First Quarter. I developed outbound strategies with on-field Account Executives using intent-based data to identify and close high-value accounts across North America and Canada.

Earlier, as a Customer Success Specialist at Fieldproxy, I managed end-to-end customer lifecycles for ~40+ accounts, supported a high-stakes migration for 48 accounts with no service disruption, and generated more upsell revenue than the sales team in Q2 2022. I also served as a founding member of the Customer Success function—designing core metrics and operational frameworks—and mentored new hires as a Product Expert, contributing feature ideas adopted into the roadmap.
