At Mars Veterinary Health, I led product strategy and execution for Voyager Health, a global veterinary practice management platform built to replace brand-specific legacy systems. I led the ground-up development of its Finance and Insurance modules for hospital and veterinary users.
I worked with hospital users, veterinary professionals, clinical SMEs, and teams across operations, finance, and insurance to turn interconnected needs into a harmonized product model. I established finance capabilities for payments, order management, register and safe management, and financial reporting, including integrations with accounting systems and providers such as Stripe.
At Paysafe Group, I led a multidisciplinary product software development team delivering payment solutions. Earlier, as Director, Project Management Office at LifeCare Assurance Company, I directed enterprise initiatives including a $2M policy administration system replacement and a $1M content management system acquisition.
