What I'm looking for

I'm looking to create scalable, user-centric documentation in an agile, cross-functional environment, using design thinking, AI tools, and structured content strategies to improve product experiences.

At Palo Alto Networks, I design and publish SaaS documentation, quick-start guides, reference sheets, and feature videos for hardware and software products.

I use AEM and Git to manage documentation, troubleshoot publishing pipelines, test CLI commands, and collaborate with Operations, engineering, UX, and subject-matter experts. I also use AI tools and automation testing to improve documentation productivity and quality.

Previously at Oracle Fusion Middleware, I documented and tested REST APIs, user and administration guides, installation and configuration guides, white papers, tutorials, videos, and infographics. I also supported agile project tracking, bug triage, user testing, and UI, error-message, and help-content reviews.

My earlier work at Oracle Retail, Server Technology Group, and GE Capital included single-sourced manuals, online help, installer testing, tools training, documentation standards, dashboards, and requirements documents.
