What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise field marketing and revenue pipeline ownership, partnering tightly with sales and distributed teams, while applying AI-native workflows to build scalable GTM engines and measurable program ROI.

I’m a field marketing leader with 15+ years building and scaling regional GTM engines across EMEA and APAC, most recently as Field Marketing Director EMEA & APAC at a hypergrowth enterprise AI company. I build field marketing functions from zero and turn regional strategy into measurable pipeline.

I operate as a true player-coach: setting the theatre strategy, owning forecast-driven execution, and partnering closely with sales leadership across enterprise and strategic accounts. I stay close enough to the field to run executive events, QBRs, and account-based initiatives that create revenue impact.

Across DACH, the Nordics, France, Benelux, the UK, and the Middle East, I’ve led enterprise account-based initiatives, localizing global campaigns for EMEA markets while maintaining global alignment. I run pipeline forecasting and KPI dashboards, tracking program ROI daily.

In parallel, I bring hands-on AI fluency from two years building workflows, landing pages, and a working marketing application with AI tools. As an independent consultant and AI practitioner, I continue to test and teach applied AI marketing—so teams can adopt AI confidently and ship real outcomes.
