Stephanie Wright

I'm an operations and business advisory leader with over 20 years of experience, the last 12 running my own consulting firm. I built my career helping organizations, from independent locations to multi-site groups of over 200 locations, fix the systems that were quietly costing them money and holding their teams back. My work sits at the intersection of leadership development, operations, and change management: I diagnose what's actually broken (not just what's reported), rebuild workflows and accountability structures around it, and coach the people who have to carry the change so it holds after I leave.

Over the course of my career I have directly hired, supervised, coached, and evaluated employees and management teams within client organizations ranging from 15 to over 200 employees, including working directly with regional and executive-level managers on system redesign. My engagements consistently deliver 15 to 40 percent year-over-year revenue growth for client organizations, along with measurable gains in scheduling and staff utilization, retention, collections, and reduced reliance on underperforming contracts. I built the diagnostic and reporting tools I use for business assessments and valuations myself, including custom AI tools that speed up analysis and give clients clearer, faster answers.

I also work closely with software vendors, implementation teams, and technical staff to translate business and workflow requirements into real system changes, including custom reporting and process design. I've been a preferred vendor for a major practice management software platform for close to a decade, working on workflow, implementation, and system design, and I'm comfortable working across a range of technology platforms.

I'm a U.S. military veteran, and I bring the same discipline, directness, and follow-through to my civilian work that I learned in service. I'm looking for my next chapter: a people-leadership or operations-executive role where I can apply this same skill set, building systems, developing teams, and driving measurable results, inside a single organization rather than as an outside consultant. I'm open to remote or partial-remote roles with up to 50 percent travel.
