What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer success, implementation, or strategic partnership work where I can help K–12 organizations achieve measurable outcomes through data-driven planning, coaching, relationship management, and scalable operational systems.

At Associates for Educational Success, I manage 13 K–12 customer accounts and partner with district leaders, school administrators, and educators to strengthen implementation and adoption of instructional solutions.

I designed scalable customer success reporting systems that combine qualitative and quantitative data, helping customers achieve 90% of their goals during each support cycle. My coaching, training, and implementation support contributed to a 94.44% increase in instructional confidence and 97.22% client satisfaction.

Previously, at Tucson Unified School District, I built and managed an end-to-end math intervention system that supported measurable growth for 97% of participating students. I bring experience in instructional coaching, school improvement, relationship management, and continuous improvement.
